Personalized Item Policy

At ModernTimez, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. Because our items are custom-engraved and personalized uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products unless they arrive defective or there was an error in the personalization made by our team.

We encourage you to double-check all spelling and dates carefully before finalizing your order.

Reporting Damage or Errors

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, please email support@moderntimez.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the damage or engraving error

The Exchange Process

If a replacement is approved due to an error on our part, we will prioritize a new piece for you in our engraving queue and ship it via standard shipping at no additional cost to you.

Refund Timeline

In the rare event that a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
